Ylang 23 is committed to a curated blend of original jewelry designers whose passion and creativity shape worldwide trends. Central to the company’s vision is the mix of collections it features, including lead designers Irene Neuwirth, Foundrae, Jennifer Meyer, Cathy Waterman, and Suzanne Kalan and newer, up and coming designers including Marla Aaron, Maria Tash, Carolina Bucci, and Retrouvaí. In addition to its flagship online store, the company operates a store in Dallas in the Plaza at Preston Center.

Founders Joanne and Charles Teichman were the first in the US to offer designer jewelry in the mid-1980s and the first designer jewelry company to go online in 2000. They have created a culture of unmatched customer service and a tight-knit group of employees, some of whom have been with the company more than a decade. In addition, Joanne and Charles have continued to seek new designers, supporting their development and growth, while cultivating long-standing relationships with existing designers over time.
In 2016, Joanne and Charles’ daughter Alysa Teichman joined Ylang 23. Alysa has grown Ylang 23’s footprint while breathing new life into the company as management from the next generation. Alysa founded THENEXTNOW, a competition for emerging jewelry designers and a tool to discover and cultivate the next generation of jewelry designers.
WHY 23?
Owners Joanne and Charles met on March 23rd, were engaged on April 23rd, and married on November 23rd (all the same year!). It’s the Teichman family's lucky number!

- Return, exchange, or cancel a part of your order will cancel the entire cashback processes.
- Please note that some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked Cash Back. We try to chase untracked Cash Back but reserve the right to halt inquiries at any time.
- Cash Back amounts are based on your final purchase amount and does not include taxes, shipping, customs and the actual discount amount saved through coupons.
- Cash Back rates are subject to change, both increase or decrease.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Cash Back can be earned simply by clicking 'Get Cash Back’ button through to the merchant and shopping online as normal.
- Gift cards, gift certificates are not eligible for cash back.
- Our website DOES NOT need your payment information and will not record any payment information as you do your purchase in vendor's website. The payout will be through the email address via PayPal.
- A "Missing Cash Back" queries must be submitted within 120 days of the transaction.
- Cash Back rates are subject to change, increase and decrease.
- You must start with an empty/fresh shopping basket before clicking through us to the retailer. In other word, if you had some items in the basket before you link through us to the retailer, those old items will not be counted in the cashback amount.
- Members should consider, and handle the legalities, customs (or other similarly relevant) tax and any other fees associated with receiving items from another country, state or within state.
- We reserve the right to refuse membership and further, in the event of fraudulent, abusive, or other activity we determine to be unfair, we reserve the right to terminate your account. In addition, please note that accounts may be disabled if they are deemed to be dormant accounts.
- As a condition of membership, you will need to accept service emails from ‘BuynCashback’ and authenticate your email address. Please note that you will also be signed up to receive emails from us detailing Cash Back deals, updates to our blogs and other emails in relation to our website and services. You can opt out of these emails from within your account pages.
- We reserve the right to terminate a member's account if a serviceable email address is not provided and if that member marks our emails as abusive, junk or spam.
- As an enrolled BuynCashback member you may earn 'Cash Back' or a cash reward from several Merchants as illustrated on the website. Note that all transactions you make are not with us, but with the individual retailer.
- We pass on the Cash Back we earn from merchants and their tracking agencies for your applicable transactions, where the credit can be traced directly to your account by means of an identification tag provided in the reports of the merchants and their tracking agencies.
- Sometimes merchants may change the commission paid and the Cash Back offer illustrated on our site may be incorrect. We take reasonable care and skill to ensure that the data provided on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we give no warranty of the accuracy of any information on the site and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions, neither do we accept liability for any resulting damage or loss. Further, we take reasonable care and skill to ensure the correct functionality of the website, however we give no warranty of the functionality and do not accept liability for any errors. By default, your applicable transactions will be credited in line with the commission reported to us by the retailer, which may be more or less than the advertised rate. Some retailers pay Cash Back on the purchase amount inclusive of tax and/or delivery charges and some retailers exclude these values for calculating and awarding Cash Back.
- You must complete your transaction after clicking directly through to the merchant from whom you wish to purchase (not via any other third-party sites) from the 'BuynCashback' website and purchases must then be completed immediately and wholly online.
- Please note that you can maximize your chances of earning commission over several purchases if you click through to the merchant site from BuynCashback directly before each purchase.
- We cannot be held responsible if the merchant fails to report your sale to us. Merchants have their own rules upon which they determine transactions to be genuine, i.e. An attempt to simply earn Cash Back by clicking/registering with no intention to continue to use/buy from their website could be deemed as non-genuine. These rules may or may not be advertised by us or the merchant and may be discretionary.
- Where a Cash Back enquiry has been successfully paid by a merchant, you may receive a lower amount than expected, this is due to the amounts received by us possibly being lower than the original claim. We do allow you to query this with us. If a merchant still hasn't paid a manual Cash Back claim after a period of six months, then we reserve the right to close the enquiry claim.
- 'Buyncashback' reserves the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that any credit has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where the credit is not genuinely due or payout for any credited transaction has not been received from a merchant or its agencies. This can include transactions which are already marked as Payable in your Buyncashback account, or for transactions which have already been paid over to you by Direct Deposit or PayPal or any other means. Buyncashback reserves the right to apply fraudulent prevention measures as it sees fit.
