- Return, exchange, or cancel a part of your order will cancel the entire cashback processes.
- Please note that some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked Cash Back. We try to chase untracked Cash Back but reserve the right to halt inquiries at any time.
- Cash Back amounts are based on your final purchase amount and does not include taxes, shipping, customs and the actual discount amount saved through coupons.
- Cash Back rates are subject to change, both increase or decrease.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- Cash Back can be earned simply by clicking 'Get Cash Back’ button through to the merchant and shopping online as normal.
- Gift cards, gift certificates are not eligible for cash back.
- Our website DOES NOT need your payment information and will not record any payment information as you do your purchase in vendor's website. The payout will be through the email address via PayPal.
- A "Missing Cash Back" queries must be submitted within 120 days of the transaction.

- We reserve the right to terminate a member's account if a serviceable email address is not provided and if that member marks our emails as abusive, junk or spam.
- As an enrolled BuynCashback member you may earn 'Cash Back' or a cash reward from several Merchants as illustrated on the website. Note that all transactions you make are not with us, but with the individual retailer.
- We pass on the Cash Back we earn from merchants and their tracking agencies for your applicable transactions, where the credit can be traced directly to your account by means of an identification tag provided in the reports of the merchants and their tracking agencies.
- Sometimes merchants may change the commission paid and the Cash Back offer illustrated on our site may be incorrect. We take reasonable care and skill to ensure that the data provided on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we give no warranty of the accuracy of any information on the site and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions, neither do we accept liability for any resulting damage or loss. - We cannot be held responsible if the merchant fails to report your sale to us. Merchants have their own rules upon which they determine transactions to be genuine, i.e. An attempt to simply earn Cash Back by clicking/registering with no intention to continue to use/buy from their website could be deemed as non-genuine. These rules may or may not be advertised by us or the merchant and may be discretionary.
- Where a Cash Back enquiry has been successfully paid by a merchant, you may receive a lower amount than expected, this is due to the amounts received by us possibly being lower than the original claim. We do allow you to query this with us. If a merchant still hasn't paid a manual Cash Back claim after a period of six months, then we reserve the right to close the enquiry claim.
- 'Buyncashback' reserves the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that any credit has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where the credit is not genuinely due or payout for any credited transaction has not been received from a merchant or its agencies. This can include transactions which are already marked as Payable in your Buyncashback account, or for transactions which have already been paid over to you by Direct Deposit or PayPal or any other means. Buyncashback reserves the right to apply fraudulent prevention measures as it sees fit.
