• We reserve the right to terminate a member's account if a valid email address is not provided or if our emails are marked as abusive, junk, or spam.
• As a 'BuynCashback' member, you may earn Cash Back or rewards from several merchants as listed on our website. Transactions are made with individual retailers, not with us.
• We pass on the Cash Back we earn from merchants and their tracking agencies for your applicable transactions, credited to your account by means of an identification tag in the merchants' reports.
• Sometimes merchants change the commission paid, and the Cash Back offer on our site may be incorrect. We strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee it and accept no liability for errors or omissions.

• To maximize your chances of earning Cash Back, click through to the merchant site from BuynCashback directly before each purchase.
• We cannot be held responsible if a merchant fails to report your sale. Merchants have their own criteria for determining genuine transactions.
• If a Cash Back inquiry has been successfully paid by a merchant but at a lower amount than expected, you may query this with us. If a merchant has not paid a manual Cash Back claim within six months, we reserve the right to close the inquiry.

'Buyncashback' reserves the right to reclaim or adjust balances where credits have been applied in error or where payouts have not been received from merchants. This applies to all transactions, including those marked as Payable or already paid. We also reserve the right to implement fraud prevention measures as necessary.
